Letting agents 'can reduce work for landlords'

By choosing a letting
agent to rent out a buy
to let property, landlords are able to significantly reduce the
amount of work they have to do.
This is according to a report on Stock Markets Review, which stated
that they can eliminate some of the jobs for landlords.
It said: "By choosing a letting
agent, it means you can relax and let someone else do the hard
work."
This includes promoting the buy
to let property to potential residents, with the article noting
that agents are better equipped to do this as they often part of
big organisations and "can subsequently advertise your property on
a much larger scale".
Letting
agents can also vet potential tenants to reduce the risk of
problems at a later date, as well as organise legal details that
come with owning a buy
to let house.
In addition to this, it stated that they can cover issues of
property maintenance, sorting out any problems with the home if
something should go wrong.
Last week, Ben Davies of Economic Voice reiterated these comments,
saying that online letting
agents can help landlords save time and make "significant
savings on advertising".
